If your server is at risk of overload, our administrators will try to contact you. If they can’t reach you, they’ll temporarily increase your server’s parameters to ensure smooth operation even during sudden traffic spikes.
Webglobe increases a customer’s managed virtual server parameters for a maximum of 30 calendar days per year. The number of days used is tracked throughout the year. When the 30-day limit is reached, we’ll suggest a tailored long-term solution.
