Mail Klerk is an e-mail tool designed for convenient and easy bulk mailing. The main advantages of our service are its low cost, simple operation and an administrative environment in English or Czech.
Bulk e-mails are, as the name suggests, sent out all at once. Notification (status) e-mails are most commonly used for sending invoices, order confirmations, or to access passwords and similar messages.
The test mode is primarily intended for testing the functions. These are the same as in active mode, but:
- The test mode sends e-mails through a limited range of IP addresses to protect against spammers.
- It is also limited by the current queue of all other users in test mode.
- Therefore, the sending speed does not correspond to the speed available in active mode.

Before sending your first e-mail through Mail Klerk, you need to do two important things:
- Fill in your contact and billing information
- Set up your DNS records for better deliverability
To fully utilise the Mail Klerk service, you need to assign a domain to your account. Simply log into the administration section under DKIM and SPF and enter it in the Add New Domains section.
You can upload contacts to Klerk as a file or simply by copying them from your computer using the keyboard shortcuts CTRL+C, CTRL+V.
Before sending your first e-mail, you need to upload your contacts and set up DKIM and SPF records for better e-mail deliverability. After that, you can create your first campaign in the editor.
