By arrangement, you can visit your server in the data center with the assistance of our technicians. However, for security reasons, direct access to our servers is not permitted. The conditions of the datacenter itself also don‘t allow this.

Although failures are rare due to regular maintenance, hardware can sometimes break. Our technicians monitor servers 24/7, and if they detect an issue, they can replace the affected hardware within approximately 4 hours.

For our collaboration, the guarantee of the duration for which you will use the server is important. This is the only way we can offer you a truly competitive price for the server rental. You can choose a commitment period of 12, 18, 24 or 36 months.
The longer the commitment, the lower the monthly fee. In individual cases, we also offer a contract without a commitment, but that would require some time working with us first.
